Serves: 11 bites
  • ½ cauliflower
  • 100g brown rice flour (or ground almonds for a grain free version)
  • 1 flax egg (or 1 egg)
  • 1½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2tbsp tahini
  • ½ lemon
  • 1tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  1. Simply place the cauliflower in the food processor and pulse until it forms a fine 'cous cous' consistency.
  2. Combine in a bowl with the flour, flax egg, spices and minced garlic.
  3. Use your hands to form them in to small bite size balls and place on a lined baking sheet, using a fork to flatten.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bites on each side until golden, before placing bake on the baking tray ready to cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Make the tahini sauce by mixing together the tahini, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper. Serve up with the cauliflower bites and dig in!
