THE EASIEST ROASTED GARLIC + BLACK BEAN DIP

Ingredients
  • 1 can organic black beans in water, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp pink salt
  • 50ml water
Instructions
  1. Simply roast the garlic for 20 minutes until soft - then place in a food processor with all the other ingredients. Store in a sealed tight container and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days!
